Therapy for adults who feel burned out, anxious, depressed, or disconnected
TALK THERAPY
In talk therapy, we focus on understanding your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that feels grounded and supportive. This work is especially helpful if you want help naming what you’re feeling and understanding how past experiences influence current relationships, and your sense of self. Talk therapy is also helpful with learning new ways to respond to stress, emotions, and relationships challenges.
Sessions often include exploring:
anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout
grief and loss
self-worth and identity
relationship patterns and boundaries
life transitions and decision-making
We’ll look at how your coping strategies developed, what may no longer be serving you, and how to build skills that feel more aligned with who you are now. Talk therapy can be a stand-alone approach or a foundation for deeper work, including EMDR or other integrative methods
EMDR THERAPY
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process and release distressing memories and experiences that may still be impacting you today. This approach supports healing at both an emotional and nervous system level, often without needing to talk in detail about every part of what happened.
EMDR is especially helpful if you notice that past experiences continue to show up as anxiety, emotional reactivity, negative self-beliefs, or feeling “stuck” despite insight and effort.
Sessions often include exploring:
past experiences that feel unresolved
trauma and adverse life events
persistent anxiety or fear responses
negative core beliefs about yourself
emotional triggers and reactivity
somatic or body-based stress responses
We’ll work together to identify meaningful targets, strengthen internal resources, and support your brain’s natural capacity to heal. EMDR can be used as a primary treatment or integrated with talk therapy to support deeper, long-term change.
COMPLEMENTARY SUPPORT
In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer sound-based wellness experiences designed to support rest, regulation, and stress relief. These offerings are separate from therapy and are available to individuals seeking complementary tools for relaxation, self-care, and alternative healing.
